Very often, we spend most of our time classifying the areas of our life: relationships, careers, money, exercise, health, etc. We need to be aware that if a slice of our “life-cake” is out of balance, all our life may be affected.
Imagine, for instance, making tons of money and being in a loving and happy marriage relationship. Still, you don’t have time for yourself or to take care of your body and freedom of mind. Very soon, you will appreciate your money flow, but you will quickly realize that maybe you don’t feel as energetic as you would like during your days. Or you don’t have the ideal weight that makes you feel balanced on a physical and emotional level.
This is just an example to invite you to think about one important thing. It is crucial to consider your life as a “holistic” cake and make the decision to put your energy into making each piece of that cake as delicious as possible!

So how could you create a more balanced lifestyle?
Creating a more balanced lifestyle would mean taking a good look at all areas of our life. Relationships, career, money, exercise, health, creativity, family, spirituality, emotion… and making decisions about what is and isn’t working as it should to maintain balance.
Sometimes the reason why we get stuck in some areas of our lives is that it is kind of easier or more comfortable. We might don’t feel happy or peaceful, but getting stuck is still something familiar. On the other hand, when we need to find the creativity and energy to make the necessary changes, it is an unknown situation. Remember, there is always a part of us that does not want to be healed or helped.

There are times when we cannot do everything ourselves. Asking for help is nothing terrible, and it will not make you weak, but much stronger than before. If you are like me, you tend to be a superwoman and do it all by yourself. I have changed a lot in this regard. I realized that I would give my best when I lived my days with all the good energies, and I realized that there are moments when we can’t do everything by ourselves.
