The flow of the messages that I was channeling was magical. This work represents my spiritual journey, made of inner growth and enlightenment.     Many times I left a Yoga class frustrated and angr Many times I left a Yoga class frustrated and angry. Sometimes, tears of nervousness wet my face. What I have learned through this process is that I am not those tears, I am not that nervousness, and I AM NOT that frustration. We tend to identify with our emotions and feelings. Our mind plays all the role in it, and itโ€™s hard to fight or stop it. Like our heart beats, our mind thinks. So I started not to fight it. I started to embrace those emotions and feelings and surf them. I began to accept my body and its capability. I started to become Mindful. And Yoga taught me that. With mindfulness, I created that non-judgmental attention to the present moment. My expectations lifted, and I trained my mind not to identify with whatever was happening. Not trying to โ€œbeโ€ anything, but just BE. Mindfully I abandoned my ego, not trying to be right or wrong, good or bad. Yoga taught me that it is not a matter of achieving anything but finding that union between the body, the mind, and the soul and spirit.
